Payments for purchases, bookings, or services may be made through the methods we offer, including online payment partners. By making a payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. Online payments are processed securely by third-party payment gateways; we do not store your full card or bank details. Applicable taxes and charges will be shown at the time of payment.
Electric vehicles and parts may carry a manufacturer’s warranty, the terms of which are set by the respective manufacturer. We will assist you with warranty registration and service as applicable. Warranty coverage may be void if the product is misused, modified, serviced by unauthorised parties, or used contrary to the manufacturer’s guidelines. Cancellation, return, and refund eligibility depends on the product, the stage of the transaction, and applicable manufacturer and statutory policies.
